All online classes are run live on Zoom which you can use for free by creating an account. You can use Zoom on your laptop, mobile or tablet, although you’ll need to download the Zoom app for your mobile and tablet.

Please make sure you have access to the email provided when you register for a class as I will email you the Zoom link to this email address 10-15 minutes before the class. 

You don’t have to put your camera on during the class, however it is nice to connect with you, and perhaps offer extra cues, alternatives or variations where appropriate. Nonetheless, if you’re not feeling camera ready on the day, you don’t need to put it on. The main thing, is that you feel comfortable and get what you need from the class. 

What do I need?

A mat… or rug, carpet, towel (pretty much a little of padding that also provides some grip)
A block… or a thick book/s, sturdy and full bag of rice or flour
A strap… or a scarf, dressing gown rope, or something similar could be helpful to comfortably and safely come into certain poses
A small cushion or blanket
For Yin Yoga, in addition to the above:
A bolster… or a spare rolled up mat or a fluffy pillow
Some extra blankets and smaller pillows might be helpful
 
Aside from these props, try to find a quiet and calm space for yourself. Feel free to have music in the background (if you’re on mute) and even set the scene with candles or aromatics.
